·        No one must talk when Zoe is teaching

·        Hair must be tied back

·        Squad t-shirts must be worn with suitable trousers/shorts

·        No jewellery belly bars, earrings, necklaces etc they can cause a danger when stunting

·        Minimal make up

·        Everyone must respect everyone else

·        If you have a problem please tell someone

·        Mobile phones must be off during practises

·        Only the person counting a stunt may talk whilst stunting

·        Flyers must wear the right trainers for flying

·        Come down from a stunt immediately if you feel that it is unsafe

·        Spotters must always watch their flyers 10 point penalty at comps for not doing so

·        If all else fails bring a stunt down safely.
